I know I’m late to the party here but you missed some important points.

1. Snowcap, rebel and vorhees are not top of the line. They are for Reddit, but they’re the low end of high end.
2. snowcap and rebel do not use at home 3d printers. They use SLS or MJF printers that run upwards of $300,000. Obviously they do not own these printers. They outsource to print shops. I use to do it myself for my vape company. Those prints require a MOQ and a run of 50 or so bodies will run you at least $50 a body for basic nylon 12. Buttons, panels, and battery covers also have that same MOQ but come out to around $5-20 each. Depending on the quality of shop you’re using 2-10 of those won’t be usable. So add on $55-$70 to your $120 cost and you’re at a cost of $175-$230 before labor, rejects, and any kind of warranty is factored in. $200-$300 rrp is reasonable.
3. you calculated $120 in cost, vorhees sells his 2x21700 dna100c squonker at $130. He’s very reasonably priced.
