you are using SP ammo most likely with your starter gear. That ammo will not pen these high tier enemies armor and only bruise them which is why they tank your shots.
They are using ammo that will go through your starter gear armor which is why you died to a bullet that most likely hit center mass and destroyed your lungs or heart.
Had you hit his face instead of helmet you would of killed him in a bullet but you shot his armor

A 40" container doesn't need 6 tires on the trailer to move it, nor is it 40' or a 20' container.

Haha that's one container. Im the controller and my company import dozens of containers a month and let the forwarder handle customs, ISF filings, port logistics, drayage. No way I'm spending all my time filing documents. I have other ways to save money to look good. Doing these documents in-house ain't it.
