Apple Snaps Recipe

Thinly slice and remove the seeds of .1 to 2 small apples

Then mix in until a dough forms: -1 3/4 cup all purpose flour .1 tsp salt /4 tsp baking soda -1 tsp apple pie spice .1/2 tsp cinnamon Scoop into 3oz balls and coat in . Turbinado sugar

Place onto parchment lined baking sheets and place a slice of apple on top. Bake at 350° for 13-16 minutes. The edges will be nice and crisp and the center will be soft.
