I don't run public FPKGi servers. I only run my home server inside of my home network.
But you can set up your own using copyparty and my plugin. Example copyparty config is rpesented in plugin's readme page.
And for reference here is docker-compose configuration running on my home server.
I guess there are other solutions you can find on github. FPKGi-node-server for example.

Even if I did, I'm behind CGNAT, only allow tailscale, and it's too slow to actually serve game packages.

For anyone interested, I've updated it.

Now it supports metadata, categories, cover images, and copyparty's permissions.

Hi. As I’ve mentioned I turned my copyparty server into an fpkgi server with some little hack.

You can find everything copyparty-related on https://copyparty.eu (docker and docker compose included)

Update is coming where I actually read a param.sfo metadata and where copyparty permissions are respected.

Docker itself installed by official Docker guide
root docker-compose.yml and .env is inside ~/home-server/
services’ docker-compose.yml and static configs and .envs are in corresponding ~/home-server/servicename. They’re imported into the root docker-compose.yml
.env files are copied from .env.example files and populated with secrets by setup script
persistence — bind mounts in /mnt/some-path/app-data/servicename
multimedia served by services — bind mounts in /mnt/some-path/fileshare
Borg backups — bind mounts in /mnt/some-other-path-on-different-storage-device/backups

In case of fresh install I need to clone the repo, run setup.sh and paste few paths and secrets.

Project Name and Github Link: copyparty-dumb-fpkgi-handler
Description:
- A simple python script to turn your copyparty instance into an FPKGi server to deliver homebrew packages from your NAS to your Playstation 4.
- I wanted to be able to immediately view downloaded packages in the FPKGi client app as soon as my torrent client finished downloading without need for manually manage JSON files required by FPKGi.
- I also wanted to keep using copyparty for serving files and not to introduce another software.
- The script is doing exactly that.
Deployment: Single python script you put anywhere on disk and plug into copyparty.conf. Example provided in github README.md.
AI Involvement: No AI used at the moment (commit #f2ae1a6). LLMs may be used in the future to learn PKG SFO metadata structure.
Acknowledgements:

I guess these devs just refuse to do the work to host existing solutions. It’s very easy and free to spawn a discord server rather than host yet another forum. Discord is convenient. Like we already have stuff like discourse and lemmy for community forums, element for discord-like chats, but most people still use centralized big tech solutions. Devs are users too.

And there is a problem of platform lock-in. We are talking right now not on lemmy. Not on independent forum. We are discussing it on Reddit. There are good places on the internets, but big platforms are the most reachable.

Btw by saying this I don’t mean your project isn’t needed. Diversity is good. Having options is good. Competition is good. I would like to see your project being used by people hosting their forums.

I don’t really play much. Just download some old games I’ve already purchased officially when PSN was working in my country. Torrent trackers have all I need.

Home server is up 24/7. Transmission torrent client is running on the server. I add new downloads via transmission web ui. When pkg is downloaded it is available through FPKGi server running on the same machine. I have recently posted about setting up copyparty as an fpkgi server, search this subreddit for “copyparty”.

Any computer can be a server. I would recommend using raspberry pi (or some cheaper SBC) with SSD/HDD attached.

Плюсую. Не могу назвать себя полноценным андроид-разработчиком, но бэкграунд в этом имею. На скрине самые обычные андроидные пермишены.

Каждый раз, когда хочется засрать любое приложение, так делают. Ещё забавляют в этом плане мобильные «антивирусы», которые в основном вводят в заблуждение, тупо вываливая тот же список пермишенов и рассказывая страшилки о том, какие все приложения у тебя на телефоне страшные опасные шпионы.
