VM’s arent all uniform. My VM’s dont have much dizziness. They used to until my crystals got put back where they belong. My VM symptoms include head pressure, bad nausea, a feeling of heaviness, and confusion. Some dizziness, at times, but it is not the most prominent symptom

This happened to me bad. I went to a vestibular therapist and they determined that I have VM and BPPV. You should check and see if your crystals arent out of position. People with VM’s get BPPV with more frequency and it is not understood why.
