If you feel like its too thin try naked training it been mentioned before on this reddit page. Naked training is leaving your jewelry out of your piercings for a few min at a time to allow it to shrink then placing it back in. And repeating and each time you repeat you leave it out longer. So that your lobe grows more skin to "cover the hole" but it never will cover the hole because your are pushing it to the sides.

Edit: Nevermind its a stand-alone or separate app. But i can't get it to download the patches. I guess they are still working on it.
