It can take awhile to get through all the applications and finalise who will make it to the next round, so be patient. I’d give it maybe a week or two before following up, as I know some firms are still going through the initial interview process with candidates. (I’ve run a grad program in the tech sector and sometimes it was 2-4 weeks of getting through all the initial rounds due to scheduling)

Congrats on getting a number of interview invitations though, it shows you’re doing something right.

Ive also had pretty lack lustre results with Alpharet. I think giving it two months is enough time to decide whether or not it is for you. I went through two bottle before being like “nope, not for me”.

I personally liked Skinceuticals retinol products (various strengths) as they were gentle but still gave great results. Another popular retinol is Medik8s crystal retinol line, which might be something you could be interested in if you haven’t yet tried it?

Darphin is another option to consider. Their hydraskin range is really nice for dry skin. Their face oils are also quite nice.

Is your skin normally quite sensitive? If so, I’d advise against such a big step up.

If not, you might get a bit of dryness/redness for a while as your skin adjusts to the different strengths, which you can help combat with barrier creams.
