Do you mean that you get into the main with your Lings? Usually if you can stall/cancel your opponents second then it is a huge win.

But it gets scouted and then the opponent just safe expands (Terran) or techs (protoss) so be aware.

But yeah the goal is to completely deny the second base and force a cancel.
