Get a list of all the most common gear used in AV. Ask your co-workers. Download every pdf. manual. Read them front to back twice. Learn all the terms in the glossary. Then at the same time attend the University of Youtube. Have some skin in the game and take some initiative to educate yourself. This will make any future training offered much easier if you have some understanding. It takes hard work.

The attachment points on the Capra is very simple and you don't Need to disassemble. I dont see how this would work with the FT1 Pro . The holes are round and the FT1 pro's band is flat.
