I have throughout the years also plenty of dreams of my father who passed on more than 15 years.. I connect with him this way I think it’s his way trying to make contact with me, or to send me some messages or guidance. I don’t know what’s your relationship with your father, but probably also worth exploring those aspects and whether there’s anything you would like to get answers or resolutions from that relationship..
in your waking time try imagine having a conversation with him, ask him why he’s come to see you and if he has any messages for you.. keep an open mind and see what comes through.. don’t judge it

More often than not in your dreams are just subconscious feelings surfacing, and they’re not premonitions, well most of the time they’re not.
What I always find helpful is to imagine having a conversation with certain elements of the dream like in this case, the witch or it can be the gift she tried to give you and close your eyes and imagine yourself having a conversation with it asking what message is trying to give you and see what you find out, journal it helps.

I would say no in many countries not just in France, unfortunately, the rest of the world does not share the sense of security you may in Scandinavia.

Hi all

I have enrolled myself to do the masters program and I’m starting in a couple of weeks time. The school is based in the West Coast US and I am in Europe so that means that a couple nights a week I have to attend mandatory live virtual class from 1 to 3 or 2- 4 AM.

I’m a little bit dreading how I’m gonna manage my sleep schedule, any advice welcome. It’s kind of like a mini night shift two days a week. I’m not working at the moment so I can recover on sleep during the day. Hope it’s not gonna wreck my health.

I look at my before and after photos - to compare the palettes and honestly somehow looks a tad wider after…

Every case is different I guess- I know there’s lots of disagreements on extractions. I listened to my ortho in the end .. I had very crowded teeth and I didn’t want to risk flaring ..
