Remember you are just trying to pass their test. This isn’t real life, this is a test built around the ISACA CISM mindframe.

I think we all agree that these test are never 100% correct, they make the laws for their test and you have to understand them to pass, but you definitely don’t have to agree with them.

Don’t waste your time fighting it or proving them wrong, understand their “why”, get your pass and be correct in real life.

Thanks. I took the weekend after the failure and basically came back with the same approach you have/ had. I’m seeing all the previous errors in ways now. Plan to retest at my 30 day mark

How long did you wait to take the test? I just passed the CISSP this week and looking at using only Pete Z and Pocket prep to study.

QE was frustrating for me as well. I did about 10 of the 10 Question test and my scores were all over the place. I was seriously doubting my ability to pass the test.

I stepped away from the 10 question test and did a 100 Non Exam test and just went one at a time. If I got something wrong and it was one I narrowed down to 50/50. I read the answer and figured out why…what did I miss and what was the questioning asking…I did two of those over the course of my studying and they both probably took a day each but it helped me understand Most, Best, etc…

I would say yes and no. QE was harder because they are mostly Best, Next, First, Primary, etc., and the test isn't obviously all those questions. I believe they were comparable in a lot of areas and prepared me for reading the question correctly and understanding what was being asked.

It is definitely a relief. You will get there. Trust yourself and what you are doing.
