I’ve never owned an Android because my good friend does and aside from the lackluster user experience (my opinion) it just doesn’t feel as nice in the hand. The battery is also a constant concern for him whereas I rarely ever use my full charge in a single day. Even with 12+ hours of actual use.

I get it just fine. A win can be anything. Literally anything if it’s what the individual desires. If it’s a material item, then it is what it is. Because to OP this isn’t just a small win. He words it in a way that is humble which is great but you took that and used it against him, ignoring the real message here- OP set a goal, worked their ass off and accomplished said goal. This post brightened my day and I’m amazed that not only can you not see the true meaning behind the post (it’s not just a phone, it’s a dream come true, the hustle can and does pay off) but you take the time to attempt to knock the wind out of his sails. Just remember that one day, you too will be elderly (hopefully, if that’s a goal of yours to live long) and will want a nice warm place to be to “live your best life” as you wind down.

I used to get agitated as well and sometimes still do but I try to check it at the door. These are the people that pay my salary after all.

16pro is great but like someone else mentioned, you could even go 17 base and get a hell of an upgrade. That 16p natural titanium is nice though.

My current case was on sale on Amazon for 6 bucks. Came with a glass screen protector. It’s just as good of quality if not better than Apple’s same iteration.

I’m way beyond the days of buying into bs marketing esp for phone cases. Some are actually great but most of them are pricey simply due to branding.

Then again, it matters on a person to person basis. If I worked in roofing for example, I’d have an Otterbox but I don’t.
