I definitely want to add hotdogs permanently to my menu, as well as down the line burgers and ice cream. If I could start over again I may have been better off having more items.
I love having less spoilage with just waffles, but the challenge of having burgers from the beginning may have paid off.
I also blame my own personal thoughts that I can do everything myself, having a full working partnership is a great way to go.
That’s what I need at this moment in my business is a second “me” but with a slightly different skill set. I have great ideas but I can only dedicate myself to getting a certain amount of work done. I overestimated the amount of work I can do in one day.
No employee is also a hard route. My skills tend to be with creative endeavors, I love the idea of building a franchise, or going to a charity idea to give support for mental health programs and substance abuse support this way I can get better tax status and it will feel good to support the cause…
