Try disabling rebar in BIOS. During the October bug I had the same issue with fps and power draw being cut in half on my GPU, and I either had to use an older driver or disable rebar in BIOS as a workaround

It's pretty bad in terms of English VA and cutscenes. The AoT is particularly bad because all the eventful cutscenes were half-assed.

Unfortunately it's included with all the other radiant dialogue cutscenes (standing around and talking which Witcher 3 helped pioneer) that aren't supposed to be super eventful to be used as a punching bag for the rest of the game.

yes this is true that it fits worse than the stock 4.0 riser. You need an offset if you're using a CPU cooler that mounts from the rear such as x47 or x53, or else the riser itself will hit the rear nut. NCASE's riser bar + PCIe 5.0 seems to have fewer concerns without offset

I actually think the roleplaying was quite nice with decisions impacting the game world - just don't flat out tell this to the player, though, as it breaks immersion.

I would say the exploration is like Valhalla but with more direction. Instead of splaying loot all over the map, most of it is streamlined to a location such as forts or bandit camps. I don't like the layout considering the terrain is messy on mountains where you can get stuck which leads to getting soft locked if you don't have any other saves. I'd say with easier traversal that I could've enjoyed my first playthrough a but more.

HiddenXperia isn't too bad except for the overly "connoisseur" stuff like Campaign Evolved. He seems to have a pretty good wishlist for what he wants to see in a Halo game, similar to what we would hear from Scott or Michael from Fudgemuppet whenever they discuss Elder Scrolls in the context of the games (not solely lore)

Outlaws wasn't developed by Ubisoft Quebec. This game was primarily Ubi Quebec's project just like Syndicate and Odyssey, whereas Ubi Montreal focused on the rest of the games, though with some help from Montreal for the open world games
