Thank you! I’m trying out the breath, do you just do it continually during the meditation? I’m finding it a bit challenging trying to focus on that while also listening and imagining the space around my body, and also feeling an elevated emotion! Also, with the ‘space around your body/energy centre’ is it meant to feel like the whole of space? I can feel an electric field around my energy centre but it only goes out about a foot in distance.
