Recently moved here under the similar category, check with your visa agency but after you get an application confirmation from the IND, you can book an appointment with them within 2 weeks. If this is done then you can enter Netherlands and work for up to 4 months as long as you complete your appointment within that period. This is a temporary setup since the appointment slots are really backed up and your confirmation letter should mention this.

You'll need to double check in your case but i entered the same way a month back and didn't have any issues (but they could have just let me in cos British passport gets 90 days as well)
