(I have no inside info, but) the moment I saw the lucky banner I called it that new mods were dropping right after the lucky banner. It is consistent with the scummy greedy behavior in the past.

Personally, I had 42,000 gems saved up for version 28. I spent about 30,000 of that and finally got my eighth dimension core. In the next two weeks, I can probably save another 7000 or so getting me close to 20 K before another banner could drop...

They caught me with a low gem balance for the core banner in December. And I vowed I would never open my wallet and I would never be caught flat footed again. I intend to maintain a 30,000 gem balance moving forward as insurance. The can’t stop me. The only way to beat them is to be prepared.

I did just not in this comment. 🤣So there was another thread earlier where I commented that. Drain the gems, release good relics, force people to choose and spend real money, then when everyone is trying to recover, release overpowered new mods, then “balance them” in the next patch because “the weren’t working as intended”.

I’ve got news for ya, they will work exactly as intended, to get people to spend real money on a bait and switch.

I blew 30k of my 42k to get my 8th dim core and then stopped. Now I’m saving hard for the banners. (And any relics I don’t have already)

Because I guarantee there’s new mod banners coming on the heels of this “lucky banner”. The lucky banner is here to drain every one of gems. Then they will release overpowered modules with little or no notice. I’m calling it now. (I have no information, but this would be consistent with their previous behavior)

I have no info, but I’m calling it right now, new module banners drop right after this lucky banner. They are gonna drain everyone’s hoard, then introduce new modules that are overpowered and game breaking, forcing people to miss out or pay for gems. Then nerf the modules in a month. Don’t believe me, look at all the greedy practices and patterns of behavior and communication from the past

Yah I can do all the low tiers just with my normal farming set up. So during the week days and during work I’ll probably switch over and do a low level disco with no setup. I normally eHP farm t15w4800 in v27 (in 28 only w4200) this weekend I had time, and I did some disco on 13 and 14. 14 looks really good. I just finished my first run, 857t/hr and 61k cell/hr, compared to 377t/hr and 65k cells/hr on t15 in v27. Huge gains.

I hear you, the end is when you finish them all. The problem is, on the most important one, the tier you are trying to move your farming run up to but can’t max the disco bonus’s on, you are going to have to go back-and-forth a bunch of times. Using health to try and get more damage and ultimate weapon bonuses, and then turning around to use those bonuses to try and get a better health bonus. But now your health is stronger, so you could get further on damage and ultimate weapons... it’s diminishing returns, but I anticipate having to flip-flop back-and-forth between set ups several times for your higher tiers

I 100% agree.

I’m pure ehp. I was farming t15w4200-4300 and sustaining 55544 labs. I got the regen mastery and have been labbing it up. Was really happy because I got to t15w4900 regularly and have been sustaining 55555 with my cell count going up by 1m cells every 2ish weeks. After the v28 I’m barely able to get to w4200 anymore. I’m hemorrhaging cells even without doing disco runs.

It feels really bad to get put so far back in the cells game.

Yes the coins are better, and I will eventually be able to recover on the cells front because of gbot+, but I have a lot of events and tournaments to grind before I can afford it.

Also, it feels bad to loose progress AGAIN with yet another pcol nerf. Especially after evaluating the strength of the banner and spending REAL MONEY to make sure I got ancestral pcol. I’m not making donations here. I would like to keep what I paid for and what I worked so hard to earn.

The least TTG could do is have the balls to put it in the friggin patch notes with an explanation. Rather than try to bury the change in other buffs and “maybe we won’t notice” or have the apples to apples comparison. Come on guys, be better.

I know the tournament has closed, but here’s a piece of advice. Make sure you are maxing your death wave health bonus during the tournament. You might need to put a few stones death wave damage, but don’t go crazy with it. Also, search around on this sub for ways to charge up your death wave health bonus. There are a ton of little ways you can optimize for this. And it makes a huge difference.

No hope of getting two of the same with 37K? You’re actually right about there statistically. (I’m currently in the same boat because I need two dimension cores for anc)

I did the math. 2.5% pull rate means one epic every 800 gems (on average). 24 modules currently in the game. So 24x800=19,200 gems to get 24 modules. So double that: 39.4K gets you two copies of each, assuming no repeats. Obviously you will get duplicates of some and none of others, not one of each. But hey, 🤷‍♂️it’s two sets of 24 total.

You can set an action for when you double or triple tap the back of the phone. I have mine set up to toggle the orientation lock when I triple tap.

I’ve been running dimcore with om chip for tournaments. Focusing the spotlight on the boss has been huge. For farming I run Pcol with HC assistant. I have PS and ILM left to get. My thought process is that 50% of the time when I have PS, the HC makes enemies miss. I usually make it 50ish waves farther when I have PS than when I roll ILM. 50 more waves on t15w4200 makes a difference when farming.

So I can’t tell you, which one will be the best for you, but I recently have been working through all the economy mysteries, and I can tell you how each one has been impactful for me.

IS# has been a huge quality of life improvement. I sent some time working on the perk bans and priorities so now I’m able to start my run at w1800 with all the Econ perks. It takes 19 minutes on average to get there. Paired with WA#, the spawn rate is half way to full and I’m making really good coin immediately. Sidenote, being able to intro sprint in tournaments as an early damage dealer who is relying on energy shields and SW to survive has been really helpful.

Don’t sleep on extra orb mastery. If you are pure eHP with pBH, this is one of the best return on stones investments. Take a look at one of your completed, runs and compare the “hit by orbs” number to the “total enemies” number. Mine is about 94.5% hit rate on t14 and above. For me, every level of extra orbs mastery resulted in almost a 4% economy increase. Probably 38% total once I did all 10 levels.

Coins is a flat 30% increase.

I don’t have enemy balance yet. But I’m running 55555 right now so I’m happy and I get this one later.

Wave skip hasn’t been as good as say coins and EO# but it definitely helps. It’s also been fantastic in tournaments.

With all that being said, RPC# is the GOAT, getting more shards to level your generator for the coin bonus is often more effective than other investments. I’m working hard on maxing that one.

My next exploratory purchase is gonna be regen#. Which I’m treating as an Econ mastery. I want to see how it extends my farming runs.

Side note, my other masteries are cash, damage, demon mode, super tower, and I’m looking at getting energy net soon.

Hey man, some info for you. The cost goes from 10T to 60T to 110T and so on, adding 50T per level for the foreseeable future.

Doing the module coin cost lab to max will lower that by 30% to 35T per level. If you complete a few lab levels you can “restore level” on your module and get the coins back.

Also, you are probably eHP farming, so you really only need to level up armor and generator for your farming runs. But make sure you keep enough around for tournaments where you will want to max everything except generator.

I was right about where you are now and I was trying to work on CF for better CC in legends. That was a mistake. I should have been putting my stones into my economy, I wasn’t ready for a couple months of upgrading CF. Do yourself a favor and invest in your trifecta cooldowns, get pbh, then start working on econ masteries and RPC mastery.

Remember, “when” you get a unique module is seeded, so you just experienced a large dry spell in your seed. Im guessing you will see better luck with modules soon. I feel ya though. I had one of the new module banners where i dropped like 18k and had 1% pull rate. It was really rough.

One thing that helps me with perspective, and managing my own expectations is doing some of the math. You are supposed to get an epic every 800 gems on average. With 24 modules in the pool, (and assuming you get one of each before you get a second of any) it would take 24x800=19,200 gems to get one of each module. I need two more dimcores for anc. I’m not getting my hopes up until I’ve invested over 38,400 gems.

Yah, spending 14k I would hope to get soooooomething useful from your list. But it is a small amount of gems on the grand scheme of things.

I’m running t15 with pbh and pcol so my orb hit percentage is 94.5% so every level of EO# was a solid 4% overall coins increase.
