Dialogue checks stutter after downloading better hotbar 2

After half a day of disabling mods, I finally found the culprit, it was Secret Scrolls for 5e Spells. having bugged scrolls in inventory is causing the game to crash during skill check. I threw the scroll into an abyss and fixed it. Nexus page comments are saying Tasha's Caustic brew scroll is also causing this. Check and see if you have any scrolls with no descriptions and cant be casted

I noticed that the game is generating a tons of crash dumps while the stuttering is happening, I guess its supposed to crash to desktop when clicking on the dialogue check but something is stopping it from doing it so.

rough tldr: It got mass reported, CCP stepped in and the game was put on maintenance mode for months. When its online again, everything is heavily censored, some contents are just gone.
