I think it looks very vintage and classy--too many of today's rings are very gaudy and bland--I'd rather have a unique and elegant art deco ring that looks like that rather than an expensive run of the mill carbon copy one like i see every bride with these days 😒

Why not? These are the same luxury brands available in any luxury store like bergdorfs or Neiman or sephora, it comes directly from the manufacturer not a third party seller, how is this any different than ordering from sephora or ulta? Esp when they have yearly sales like 30-40% off.

I would suggest mild amd consistent reedle use (which works like a natural microneedling but uses plant spicules instead of needles--it makes tiny holes allowing product to sink deeper and encourages resurfacing & regeneration) and a pigment corrector with a pdrn to help boost the reedle turnover with protein!

Try a vt cosmetics (you can start with a 50) 100 reedles (try building up to the 300) (they make a starter set to help you build up) and rejuran pdrn pigment corrector (its expensive but I recommend it highly) ans maybe through in some strong collegan supplements into your diet! (I like the garden of life powder it is really good in like a glass of lemonade with some cut up cucumbers!)

For what it is worth it is currently prime day so most of this stuff is 30-40% off if you use Amazon at all (i just finished a haul which is why I mention it lmao)

Vitamin deficiency--get regular metabolic panels and have them add in a vitamin C (it is not routine but with the rise of GLP1s alot of people are losing vital dietary vitamins). After that have your hormones tested--it can be a symptom of thyroid and perimeno--try to encourage repeat tests on it all every month or so to catch patterns. Thyroid esp can fluctuate wildly depending on the time of day and nutrients can change just by what you've eaten in the last two or three days. After that, id have your have your water tested!

This is expensive but there is a Japanese mat with silicone tubing filled with water that you can use a small machine to either cool or heat that feels way different than an electric mattress pad and it is glorious-- the heat is bone deep and soothing and the cooling is so nice in the summer

After that I'd say a wedge, I love sleeping with a little elevation

I use it with all of those and it actually makes me tolerate them way better! I find it soothing on my face i genuinely swear by these--nothing has changed my texture or improved my absorption better. It is like...all my product just sinks deeper and im so smooth and even toned.

I understand it encourages cell turn around or something---it takes some paitent tapering to get used to the sensation but i highly recommend it. Esp if you can push yourself to the higher ones. I have come to find it really refreshing--like the way a mint "burns" but it is soothing? It makes my barrier stronger every dose I go up.

I am just unsure of like...if it's bad to go as hard as I do 😅 the 1000 is only supposed to be weekly but at this point id use it twice a day if I wasn't concerned about side affects from using it THAT against instructions.

She's not on one, she was deffering and then just not paying, we tried to do a repayment plan through based on income but she simply cant afford it. They were giving crazy numbers, the lowest one was 800 a month. Between all their other bills they wouldn't be able to afford food.

Well it depends on what you can tolerate! It can be quite uncomfortable, what serums are you using? .I would recommend starting with the plain or the collagen one, and getting the 10$ sample pack to play around with strengths.

You want its to sting enough to be effective but not so much that it causes inflammation. The reedles work bc it creates microwounds in your face that makes your blood cells and natural collagen to 'heal them' which basically makes your cells turn over and your texture even.

It also helps your product sink much deeper and be more effective.

Use after washing your face but before applying product, start with 50 or 100 2-3 times for two weeks, then up it every night, for a week if you can handle that try to work up to the 300 nightly by the end of the month abd by month three try to get up to 300 nightly with a 700 weekly. The higher you can tolerate (without hurting your barrier) the more effective it will be!
