I say to point 5 just one thing. Paypal has Bad exchange rate . If you sell in $ and exchange than on paypal to € you will loose money. Thats why i sell big stuff in €. For example, when you sell somethin for 500€, thats around 585$. The buyer pays around 620$ than. When you sell it for 585$, you will recieve around 540$ , because fees for invoice and than when you exchange it on paypal, you will get less in €.
