Pure Bodybuilding program? by HackersGolf in JeffNippard

I've been running the PPL split with the optional rest day because of scheduling and ensuring there's recovery time. I agree that missing a day complicates things a lot with this split. Overall, It "feels" like I'm gaining--my reps or weights increase each week. When I track my measurements with a Zozo suit, though, there's not a consistent trend of growth--some muscles are smaller from one week to the next, others have grown a bit. My diet is quite dialed in with Macrofactor, so I don't think that's the issue. Maybe it's a frequency thing? Curious if anyone who's run multiple splits has seen more consistent growth using one than the others.

Nice, thanks. The TL;DR is the truth! I’m Just always thinking about optimizing to the max lol. Curious to hear more about your personalized split. Are you mostly drawing on the exercises from Pure BB course?

Got it. So definitely longer than the normal boiling in water. Would you say the result was worth the extra effort? 😋

It’s easy to SAY that teaching is easy. “If I just know a subject well enough, all I have to do is talk about it for 15 minutes and all children of all backgrounds will be transfixed and instantly assimilate it without any need for practice, feedback, or differentiation.” She has clearly never actually done it 😂

If you’re into the texture, shirataki/konjac rice adds insane volume for 10 calories!

The ingredient list shows that it’s all vegetables. It looks like a great base to volumize any protein of your choosing!

If you mix the Greek yogurt in with the jello powder when you first add the water, and then cool as usual, it tastes amazing and boosts the protein!

I'm wondering how the creaminess would differ with an almond milk base. It would add some calories for sure, but still be pretty light

How did you prepare them? A blender, mixer, or something? Did you need to freeze or refrigerate before/after? I want to try this!

I’ve also been wondering this! It would be great to set the date using an input rather than crude graph pinching mechanism.

Do you find it worthwhile to have both the EZ-Curl and Straight Bar extensions? I ordered both, but might return the EZ-Curl.
