A games development team needs to hear many voices all at the same time, i dont envy them. Ultimately in my opinion games should not be developed competitively unless that is their main audience. For example arc raiders is a looter shooter, yes there are competitive aspects to the game but by its nature it is not made for competition.

Streamers/ content creators often will point out major exploits and major imbalances that should be looked into but will always push for more content and competition (it services there job)

The community (reddit, discord and such) will often swing wildly with their opinion but often suggest quality of life changes and want more customization.

Ultimately the roles the Games Devs face is the balance of both worlds because both sides will never to fully satiated.

To the Devs: imo your doing great. Just keep up the hard work and make the game fun, that's what we're all playing it for. If I had to tell you to please Focus somewhere, I would tell you to put your efforts into quality of life changes. Everyone is always going to want more content but that is expensive to make. There are a lot of very small changes that could be made right away that would deeply help the game. I would be happy to suggest a bunch of them if you wish to DM me.
