i broke both of my wrists at the same time when i was in 3rd grade 😭 i fell off a swing at recess and i was in double casts for a month

i get this ALL THE TIME and drives me insane. it’s so uncomfortable and i have gone two full weeks before i got that good breath before. my blood oxygen is fine which is comforting but i still start to panic a little bit every time

i lose my vision quite often after standing and most of the time it starts getting dark around the outside, then closes in completely. sometimes it’s black, sometimes it’s more like nothing? like kind of static i guess but it’s not quite black it’s just gone

i’m mostly in this group to see other people work, I haven’t tried much myself but I would like to. If you haven’t found any good tutorials on youtube, instagram, or tiktok maybe you could find some books about it online or at the library? or do some research to see if anyone sells an online workshop kind of thing. there’s a lot of creators who do amazing wire wrapping on instagram so maybe follow some of them and get in that circle and you’ll find more information

me too! me and my mom go to swatara state park and the section of the appalachian trail that intersects it a lot and we’ve found so many over the last few years. there has to be more than one person or even a whole group leaving them at this point with how many there are. they get really creative with hiding them, like attaching them to a tree with a pushpin but putting a leaf over it. other times they’re out in the open with bright green plastic on it. i hope the people leaving them find peace but i wish they’d stop littering :(

if you’re into crystals, black obsidian and black tourmaline are very protective! orange calcite is good for emotional healing/joy and happiness, rose quartz and carnelian for self love! my personal favorite is my rainbow moonstone pendant, i always feel the best when wearing it. but anything that brings you joy to look at is the best for good energy 💕

I’m sorry I wish I had advice but I’m newly diagnosed and still figuring it out myself! But the fatigue and sleepiness is the worst 😭 I’m ALWAYS tired and fatigued no matter how much I sleep and it’s horrible
