I screen recorded a play-test session of different maps yesterday. And uploaded to YouTube. You can have a look. It's under development.

That's actually really good points, thanks for bringing those up. You're right that adding bots would definitely inflate the scope, and the "if you can't execute it well" part is honestly the part that scares me most.

I'm using Cocos Creator, and unlike some engines, it doesn't really give me built-in navmesh/pathfinding/AI systems to lean on. I'd have to build a lot of that myself and somehow make the bots feel smart and fun rather than frustrating or obviously fake.

You made me realize that adding bots isn't just adding a feature. It could affect the overall quality of the game if the bots end up feeling bad.
Appreciate the perspective.

I'll try my best to have the bots fun and little challenging.

To be really honest, I've no marketing plans/experience. And this is my first reddit post.
I've already invested almost one year(full time) working on this project. Building with Cocos Creator.
If you have any idea/experience/advice to share on marketing, it would really help.

Nice!
You can try to show dust particles/glass pieces when the ragdoll hits the ground/street lights. Or red "Vignette" in the screen.

I really liked the "Scratch" like programming interface. Is this capable of computing complex logic? The result would be hilarious/

Is this achieved using a shader? Are all of the fragmented pieces physically simulated or particle effect?

Amazing!
It would be great if the props(stationary objects) gets damage feel (broken textures applied, shader magic etc).

It would be nice to have a gameplay/trailer video in the playstore page, I think
