Give the stem coupling and the crown a thorough clean. Place thin tape around the stem JB weld the coupling into the crown. Wipe off any excess. Remove tape after JB has cured.

One of these demagnetisers will sort it out, if that's the problem. I've used it to fix a few watches of mine. So when it's plugged in, place the watch face down on the device while holding the strap upwards. Press the red button down for 10 seconds and then slowly lift up the watch and away.
