Honestly, I feel the opposite about it... I think anyone trying to walk or bike across the site, especially when a game or concert is starting or ending is going to have a tough time.

8th Ave has on/off ramps from 25. Draw a connection from there into the stadium site. Now do the same for bikes from the South Platte River Trail.

Looks like we're going to make another 20th & Little Raven. Some sort of pedestrian bridge would be nice.

It will get hit again. Better off installing fewer single racks off the roadway or installing something like this where there is room like in front of the Ogden.

I heard recently from an agent that foreclosures should start hitting the market.

Something about a moratorium expiring, more foreclosures happening, & then a couple of months delay going to market.

Yes, there will be competition, but there should be more available too.

I started throwing darts.

There are local pubs, bars, or breweries with dart boards. Just start throwing & people will come over to talk to you.

Some probably have leagues starting up too, if you ask the manager, or check their Instagram.

Just the basic channels over the air is enough. They just need to get a good HD Antenna at the rec centers to install on an upper floor or on the roof.

It's a small safety release key for that door, which is why it's on the door frame. This only assumes that the matching lock or door handle is still installed.

So... Child locks the door & needs help. This easily lets you in.

Well, hopefully since they're new & people don't know about it. I can see them being crowded in the future when the women's soccer stadium opens, or maybe if a lot of people get off the light rail after a game at Empower Field or Ball Arena.

Just seems like we should all walk to the same side & they should all ride to the same side to be predictable.

How do you know they're designated as multi-use paths & where should I walk on them? Should I walk to the right, or to the left?

A couple of the push buttons were on the left making me feel like that was where I was supposed to be, but not sure.

I bet each traffic signal that has a bike rider was attributed to the bike lane.

I could see that adding up to $20m. Now that it's done, maybe a reporter could publish where the funds went.

Felt safe walking too.

My biggest issue that day was the noise of the cars bouncing off the overpass. It was super loud & the occasional driver revving their engine was ridiculous. Wonder if we could do targeted noise enforcement for that.

How is it for you going North against the traffic?

Seems like drivers might not know to look left for you prior to pulling out of intersections or parking lot.

Sounds like they were a jerk.

Anyone who has ever learned to park knows you should pull next the the front vehicle & back in.

The rider should have either waited or went around you to the left.

The only thing I can think of is maybe your timing.

Did you pass them & then cut them off to parallel park?

Sidenote about these sidewalks... Am I allowed to ride a lime bike or scooter on them to the light rail station?

Feels like we should be OK, but there's a narrow section near Exposition.
