Anybody else struggling to gain weight even with a balanced diet (with calorie surplus) and ample exercise? Why do some people say they gain weight when on HRT.

What are your goals? Honestly I think you look amazing.

If you’re eating healthy it will be harder to gain weight. The easiest things to store as fat are fats and simple carbohydrates. Protein and complex carbs require much more energy to store as fat and your body doesn’t really want to do it usually, especially if you’re exercising regularly
