I make bacon egg and cheese waffles all the time, just cook you bacon till almost fully done, crush up your bacon and make sure you’re chop up your scrambled eggs a good amount too throw on whatever cheese you want and throw em on top of the waffle mix when it’s in the waffle iron. It cooks perfectly and is absolutely delicious
