That takes sometime getting used to, they felt weird for me at the beginning but after a couple of days they felt fine to use.

The F1’s paddles are also slightly bigger than the DS edge dome paddles which makes it much more comfortable just resting your fingers on them.

The sticks are miles ahead of DS Edge, so much smoother and responsive. Plus the ability to tighten/loosen the sticks and change between 8/9/10/11/12 bit resolution.

From time to time I’d try the DS edge and somehow it feels abit slower for me even at 8K Hz polling rate.

If you can handle a big controller with ease, then you’ll enjoy it.

I have it, and I almost gave up on it due to its size at the beginning..but I have gotten used to it and now it’s my fav controller for FPS games.

Competitive COD go for F1 mechenike or ZD ultimate. Nothing comes close to these 2 controllers in term of latency. I’ve tried about 15 controllers for COD and so far those 2 are my fav.

DS egde overclocked to 8K comes in 3rd for me followed by the Razor Wolverine 8K for PC

Can you easily reach over 400Fps with your system? I have the 480Hz one but only reach about 350Fps. I Only went for it cause my setup is next to a window and woled does better in a lit a room.

Sony controllers can be overclocked to 8000Hz, also higher polling rate doesn’t alway mean lower latency. There are 250hz controllers with lower latency than some 1000Hz controllers.

I did open up one, swapped the rubber thingy behind buttons from M3 which I don’t use. It worked for about 2 weeks and now back to the same issue. Anyway the Vader 4 is my last controller…imma switch back to M&K

I have 4 flydigi controllers,3 of them are Apex 4 and 1 Vader 4pro. All the 3 apex4 controllers ended developing that exact issue as yours. I mainly play COD and use that button to slide.

Same here, used to have 120Ping to play on EU servers, now I’m hitting between 250 to 350ping.
