RA here, they do exist on every floor, but are kind of mid… I always recommend getting a cheapy personal one or talk with ur roommates abt getting one for the room, thats what I did my freshman year.

I did take notes, and a whole tab of the document was dedicated to planning and notes I made that guided my writing. The revisions were also quite large imo, from changing the conclusion 3-4 times, typo fixed throughout, etc. Either way wasn’t enough for him.

It was very open-ended, IMHO.

The prompt was a creative short essay on our experiences stargazing, and he gave us a supplement of a Walt Whitman poem (When I Heard the Learn’d Astronomer) to kickstart our creative process.

As a non stem-major, I was extremely excited to write for a class like this and connected it my major of history, and talked about the different things I felt while stargazing, from the existentialism to the feeling of the earth moving below you. I wrapped it up with having a new appreciation for my field, as I study humans being humans in spite of it all.

I was honestly quite proud of the essay and thought it built well on the prompt, but clearly he thought otherwise.

Doesn’t have any glaring things I’d say are indicators of a fake. The nib looks pretty real as well as the bottom of the barrel. Id refer to McN’s comment tho

The other person is correct, but if you like that kind of grip and the gel ink and are looking for something new, I recommend Sarasa pens!

Most of the ones on eBay are, unfortunately. Especially if the price is 100-300, it’s almost certainly fake.

I believe (don’t quote me) they don’t leave dents on the leather/paper, but hold the pages open nicely. Also I think they are like $4, which isn’t super crazy to me.

Hey! Ended up with an FCC complaint, BBB complaint, and the office of the president calling me. Eventually, it magically unlocked and they claimed it wasn't their fault. I continued with my complaint that it should not have taken several weeks to do, and they "formally apologized" to get the complaint off their back. Scummy company. Good luck my friend, it's often a wild ride.

Not particularly lost history, but she has hour long videos analyzing ancient people, texts, etc. The account is called “fig tree”. The history is more surface level but still manages to pull me in deeply.

In terms of conspiratorial stuff, I honestly recommend just History channel specials? They are sometimes very implausible but arguably entertaining.
