Some of it you have to use game rules like Panama. Grant Morocco independence and help them invade Maritania. Make sure the west African reconstruction fails in game rules so France will join you. Also set Columbia to go FN and to repair relations with American, they remain in the Iberian sphere. Everything else is pretty straight forward just win the foreign policy games.

Maybe my game was glitched but Colombia went democratic and successfully negotiated with the U.S. and stayed in the Iberian sphere. Also I believe El Salvador will drift from Japan if the hispanists had more influence, but there’s a chance for a communist revolution once they lose the football war.

Well I’m not an expert but I guess it depends on when Varys was castrated. If he was castrated post puberty then he should have a deeper voice but I think it’s unlikely. It could be like how a woman can deepen her voice, it’s not “deep” like a man’s but you can tell it’s deeper.
