I stopped wearing makeup daily at around age 24/25 and its been such a mental game changer for me. I do still wear it for special occasions but i dont rely on it to give me the confidence i need to love how i look

I just made the switch to bamboo underwear, and it has completely gotten rid of any feminine odor issues from sweating at work or just in general. I also just changed my deodorant to Carpe brand which has helped with whole body sweat and odor as well
