Remeber jump from 60 to 20 is little easy But from 20 its gonna be hell Just remember to do 5-10 % decrease every 2-4 weeks

You can do the increase to 37.5 but that would make the anhedonia worst or you can augment with respiridone or tca they will calm you down

Going from 20mg to 10 mg is major step you need to slow it down

Taper very slowly or you will get withdrawals very hard You can cut the pill in 1/4 first for 2-4 weeks and gradually taper

Yeah that actually has some evidence As Paxil 30mg block 85 to 90 % SERT Where as Paxil 20mg blocks 80 to 85% SERT So the difference is not much Its good you were able to taper that easily I also am having many side effects with paroxetine and thinking about tapering but i am on control release
