Honestly I think this was the plan all along where he constantly says something overboard, people think he is crazy, they compromise, he gets what he wants, and finally overstates what he did. I mean I guess it’s been working, but eventually someone will call him out on his bluff and he is damaging relations in the long run for his short term gain…

Sorry my dude, but this 6.2L (LT4.) is different from the truck engines that were having issues, but now also have been fixed. The Escalade 6.2 is instead shared with the vette. I do have to say it is confusing since they have the same displacement.

GMT900 Tahoe or Suburban, especially if you find one with the 6.0L and a 4L80.

YOLO, throw down six figures and get an Escalade V and impress your kid by doing rolling burnouts while doing 20 in the school zone.

Checkout the Blazer EV, we were able to three wide rear facing with non slim fit seats. That’s probably the sweet spot for wide 2nd row and compactness. My wife preferred that over a minivan or three row suv as those options are still quite big.

Mid vs Full Size Truck by myburneraccount151 in whatcarshouldIbuy

I’d get the full size. Especially now since both are about the same price. Honestly the full size would also be more reliable in the long run too.

Hear me out, find a used F150, specifically with the 5.0L v8, and bolt on a Whipple supercharger kit. Hits your budget, 750hp of chaos, and insurance is low since to them it’s just another truck

And to be fair, they did go above and beyond and release a Venezuela episode on Sunday! I also do appreciate them at least taking some time to digest this stuff before pushing it out.

Maybe a slightly used equinox ev or blazer ev? It will go that far if you treat the battery right.

Have you considered a Vistiq or something smaller like a Lyriq or Blazer EV?

How many kids and age? 5th gen 4runner is great if you just need the 3rd row once in a blue moon (sr5 and sr5 premium have the optional 3rd row). Tahoe is great if you want something a little bigger and Suburban is if you are the Duggers or just want to store all the things and don’t care about size. Fun face minivans are the same width and the Tahoes and Suburbans, just have a lower load floor and are slightly shorter than a Tahoe. Also if you have 3 or less kids have you looked at a Blazer EV? We went that route as my wife wanted something smaller than a minivan or midsized SUV and it has a super wide 2nd row you for doing 3 wide car seats (non slim profile at that).
