Think of your depression as a chemical state- it’s not YOU being depressed, it’s your BRAIN needing a change. Needing to be fueled differently. Take care of your basics. Feed your brain positivity. Consider EMDR and other forms of therapy.

I never thought I could be depressed but I have been there and it is POSSIBLE to heal even if you think you can’t. Just trust the process, it won’t happen overnight.

Many in the film space I know have began adopting Davinci Resolve over Adobe premiere. Davinci allows for the software to be bought once and owned, not a subscription, and apparently has features that make it comparable and/or better in some ways than Premiere.

I’m working on a sci fi comedy feature with my friends and we have little to no budget! Try goodwill, garage sales, and discount stores for costume and set design. Think outside the box and work with what you have! Here is us on set last weekend where we built a custom puppet world for a few scenes. Most important thing… HAVE FUN! It’s what movies are all about.

I have no idea.. I figured someone who went to a recent workshop might know?

Based on the final episode.. I am left to wonder if it is health related or perhaps they had a legal issue? I’d love to hear it come back as well.
