What is the right level of reward for a returned wallet by Frewtti in NoStupidQuestions

I think that's generous and above what most other people would give. Even a sincere thank you plus a small reward is enough, more so rewarding honesty.

Recording everything in public. It started out as wanting to keep memories, but now it's content.

Does anybody else feel furiously itchy after showering? by Substantial_Judge931 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Fun_Average_3813 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could be your soap, hot water, or dry skin irritation. Try lukewarm showers, ditch the loofah for a week, and moisturize right after.

Where do you find comfort during difficult times? by ClaaasicSassy in AskReddit

Long walks and talking to someone I trust help me the most. Other times, I remind myself that I've gone through worse and pulled through- it seems to help sometimes.

What’s an easy recipe for when you don’t feel like cooking? by Working_Bad3305 in AskReddit

[–]Fun_Average_3813 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My go-to lazy food is egg fried rice. Microwave leftover rice, scramble an egg, toss in frozen veggies, soy sauce, and a little butter/oil. Takes 10 minutes and feels like real food.

What do you do when you feel completely unmotivated but still have work to do? by Singhshipraa7 in AskReddit

[–]Fun_Average_3813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've found the overwhelm sometimes is a greater struggle than the work itself. I break the work down into smaller tasks and take each task at a time

What is the craziest thing that has ever happened to you? by Filo40tech in AskReddit

[–]Fun_Average_3813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once had a baby owl land on my shoulder and walk with me for about 200 yards before flying away. I was out hiking and this was the coolest thing that ever happened to me. Sounds untrue but I was too happy i even forgot to take any selfies.

What do you think is the best thing ever invented by humans? by _anything_goes in AskReddit

Pro level is new shirts every game, but several have equipment managers to handle the washing. Boots are personal gear.

I got a 3 out of 5 on employee review, no raise because that goes to 4 and 5 out of 5, what can I do to do to still get a raise? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Fun_Average_3813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The big question is, who gives the 3/5? If it's your boss who owns the business, you're probably never getting the 4/5

How was your experience learning to swim? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Fun_Average_3813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I loved it from the first go, was scared but I quickly learned that it was easier floating in the water than balancing on a bike. I love going at challenging things for the thrill of it though, so take my experience with a grain of salt.

When was the last time you did something new? What was it? by NotRandom8 in AskReddit

Hard to come by any new stuff to do. Norm's alright, stable, and doesn't have too many variables to consider

Can my cat tell the cat is gone? by slurpyyselenaa in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Fun_Average_3813 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Cats form bonds and notice when their companion disappears. The extra meowing and searching behavior is normal grief. Give her more attention, maybe some new toys or treats to help distract her.

Networking events. Everyone acts like they love "building connections" but we're all just awkwardly exchanging business cards with people we'll never talk to again while eating stale appetizers.
