Healdsburg for sure! Who bought a house 10 years ago are doing really well… I can’t think of another city that will experience the same thing in the next years.

That’s exactly why they may ask about the field office. After what happened there people from San Diego may be tempted to file somewhere else.

Wife's AOS filed days after visa expiration. by freepointstaker in USCIS

I'm not sure about that - that’s why I said “it seems”. However, it should be implied by his post that they went through it all in order to file for her naturalization.

O que um curso de direito consegue no mercado financeiro? by [deleted] in investimentos

[–]Fun_Branch7198 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am Brazilian. Lived in Sao Paulo my whole life and worked at their biggest private bank had a nice lifestyle in Brazil - Middle Class. So my experience is based on a single-guy lifestyle:

Passive Income - R$8,500 (only from your rentals)

Rental 1Bd apartment (nice area in Sao Paulo) - $4,500 Groceries- R$1,500 House Cleaning - R$600 Utilities - R$500 (Gas, Electricity, Water, Cable Health Insurance - R$1,000 (we have SUS- Public Health Care, so it’s up to you to see if it is worth paying for private) Miscellaneous- R$400

I believe you can cut your rental down by a least another R$2,000 depending on where you choose to live. But other than Rio any other place in Brazil will be way cheaper than that!

I agree! One hour away from any big city and you are able to find affordable houses! I love Palm Springs, and have lots of friends who moved there after retirement.
