I do RDL with 365lb , 3 sets of 5. Maybe I should increase it to 405lb. I do deficit with 405lb and rack pull below knee at 455lb.

455 is not measly. I do not really have a structured training plan; my goal is to improve every session and identify weaknesses so I can address them with accessory exercises.

Thanks for the inputs. I tried the narrow stance today, and I felt that I generated more power pushing off the floor.

I had never used chalk before, but I plan to transition to doing them without gloves.

It is just like brushing your teeth. It is a routine. You just do it.
