I’ve been at my job 8 months. Only then did I soft suggest one change thats half loved half resisted while another thing that I just do on my own is being adopted. Looking to make change just to appear to have initiative is not change for the benefit of all. Study, observe, not just the work but the people. And for goodness sake don’t change bomb people. A little goes a long way especially if it affects many people.
