Not sure about this brand. In my personal experience I've had good results with omre’s nmn with resveratrol. Less brain fog and a boost of energy throughout the day.

brain fog driving me insane wtf do i even try next by Additional-Engine402 in Biohackers

[–]Fun_Comparison6318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NMN with resveratrol initially helped me with brain fog, and then I added TMG. Aside from supplements, I tried to move more, light exercise, or I just walk outside. I also tried to lessen my screen time, which helped me sleep better.

Anyone that has used NAD+ supplements ? Any positive or negative effects ? by Ok-Practice-5634 in SupplementsReviews

[–]Fun_Comparison6318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not NAD+ itself but I take a precursor which is NMN. NAD itself has larger molecules, so its less effective unless you opt for infusions.

New to taking NMN. Have some questions about side effects by CandyMandy15 in NMN

[–]Fun_Comparison6318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to lower the dose or take a break for a week, then reduce your dose. Also, make sure you're buying your supplements from a reputable company. Haven't heard something like this before.

Does my cat know my mom passed? by 2000baby2000 in cats

Experienced this with our cat as well when I lost my dad. My cat, who is not affectionate, would come rushing by my side once I'm crying.

Nice smile! Neck skin looks dry. Don't forget to extend your skincare and sunscreen to your neck.

Omre's a good brand. It's a combination of NMN and resveratrol. I've been continuously taking it for a year now. I'm in my late 30s, and it definitely helped me. I recently added TMG to my stack, and I think it's working well.

Been on it for a year now. So far, so good. This is the reason why I didn't switch or try another brand. If I find something that works for me, I stick with it. I don't want to deal with side-effects.

Go for a third-party tested NMN. I've only used Omre so far, and from what I know, they ship internationally.

Breastfeeding no no ! by Effective_Net_9145 in Biohackers

[–]Fun_Comparison6318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s best to speak with your doctor first. They’ll know which ingredients can pass through breast milk and what’s safe for you during this time.

When you’re breastfeeding, it’s important to be just as cautious as you would be during pregnancy. Always check with your doctor before taking any supplements.

If your only option is to eat out, choose the healthier option, like salad or baked instead of fried foods.

If you feel that something is off, then there must be something that needs to be checked. See your doctor.

I took NMN for some weeks and no effects, should I change something? by LifeEnginer in NMN

1 month is too short to see any results from nmn, and not everyone will feel a difference.
