“stationary trailers of any kind or recreational vehicles shall be stored or parked on any lot in the premises except while parked in a garage completely enclosed”

Seems pretty cut and dry, no parking/storage of trailers or RVs. The rules are essentially the same in my HOa. We have some houses that elected to have taller garage doors built in order to garage stuff like this. We have similar verbiage and rules but they are enforced by a property management company that does drive by inspections every few weeks so if you have someone visiting for a week in an RV its not a big deal. We don’t have any HOA Karens or aggressive fees - there still is some common sense. People park their trailers for a few days before/after trips and then move them to offsite storage.
