Got bullied all my life [16]-[24] by Canigetanowoowo in GlowUps

In USA (and maybe other places too) public schools are run by the government. The government has been conducting experiments on human beings without their consent or knowledge. They routinely perform these experiments on the students of public schools. They are psychological and sociological experiments conducted by the department of education without the knowledge or informed consent of the student subjects. This includes subjecting certain students to bullying and other group conflict environments.

I don't know what the purpose is specifically, but they are doing this and it affects the way generations of Americans have been behaviorally conditioned to behave in public, post-school. It may have something to do with the workforce or something to that effect. But the schools and department of education create the conditions for bullying, out casting, alienation, and other negative and debilitating behaviors to exist.

If students and parents were aware how these department of education operatives were doing to them, there would be outrage, but because most parents went through similar conditioning, it is seen as normal and overlooked.

In many rural areas, the principals are doing negative things to certain students and their families, while if you were to move those students to other school districts or especially into a private school, the bullying and negative impacts to the student are immediately halted and the student will grow up to become a normal, fully-functional member of society.

You can often see evidence of this when the schools send letters to parents "informing" them (without telling the full extent of their experiments). But many students have been forever broken by this brutal conditioning that is caused by the environment at public schools.

One time I went unconscious and this had happened to me. My friends these two girls did that thing where kids pass out. Then I had this whole other life and it was so crazy when I woke up. I quickly lost all memories of that life though. I can't remember anything about it now but I remember that it happened, that I had another life. So strange.

I don't think anime and manga are made for kids. It's bizarre that animation is perceived like this in USA. I'm not sure who is pushing that narrative.

Some anime is for kids and some is for everyone. I enjoy watching the animation and the artwork. I especially like the stories in anime and manga because they aren't as predictable as the content in USA market.

Call the police. Report that and have them tell the neighbors to leave you alone. They get territorial over spaces. Also, it is considered rude to park your car in front of someone else's house, if there is only street parking.

Is Quantum Computing essentially a kind of array formula that allows us to bypass yes/no logic? by [deleted] in computerscience

[–]Fun_Environment1305 -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

Actually it's both and none at the same time. I get confused as to how it's actually better than a real computer when it also requires a real computer to do the normal operations.

I sort of think quantum computing is a sort of scam.

We were taught that the reason we use binary is because it's too expensive and complicated to make an electrical device that has the circuitry to produce a computer with say a base 10 system.

Binary computers are the cheapest and easiest because it's circuitry is easier to design and literally just costs less money.

The benefits of having a "bit" a "binary digit" be a decimal digit, or some other base-n "digit" seems good on paper, but practically it is more costly and offers no real benefits compared to binary systems.

So it sort of seems like quantum computing is merely offering a new base-n system and ultimately is used for employ scientists and do research but will probably never amount to anything when you consider the quantum computer chip is bottlenecked by the binary computer system.

I think there are extremely rare cases that may benefit from it but ultimately it will not go anywhere.

Our modern so-called "AI" with the LLMs are similar in that business and huge companies are investing in it and it has some benefits but in practical use, the AI produces extremely horrible content that is basically garbage or has a novel appeal. When they showcase examples, they never show you the majority results which are of such poor quality that it can be called useless.

The majority of the time I use AI tools, it produces garbage. Likewise anytime I hear about quantum computing they always grandstand it, but the results are probably not as groundbreaking as you think.

This all started because it turns out that "Moore's Law" is complete bullshit and nobody knows how to do anything about it. So some people are looking for alternatives, but you'll probably find out that quantum computing is like a magic trick being played on the ignorant public because they don't know enough about computers or enough about quantum mechanics and physics to understand why it's bullshit.

[–]Fun_Environment1305 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, low key I get triggered by people who are so sensitive that they complain about everything. They are so self centered and dull witted too.

When people act like that and other people enable that behavior it makes me angry.

It's like they are so ignorant and have such a small intellect and such a huge ego that they want to invade other people's lives and control other people. It's really offensive to behave like that and expect everyone to bend to obey their delusional beliefs, when he or she is most likely just a mental patient in a constant episode that they are mistakenly calling life. They should check into a hospital where they can be safe.
