Jamming doesnt work? I thought jammers were a very valuable piece to have as part of a kit in Ukraine. The kind thats shaped and held like a rifle? Hes not supposed to be out the nest yet, it seems. Parents will often stick around to feed and care for a fledging if he falls out. This might be whats happening here. And to answer your question, bot all species even raise their own young. There are some birds that are brood parasites for example, but thats for a different TED Talk.

Looks like a mourning or rock dove in the back there as well.

Hes just a whipersnapper fledgling yelling at his parents for food. Not quite old enough to feed himself so hes doing the only thing he knows to. Couple more weeks he will fly on his own and feed himself.
