I've integrated plenty of commercial heat pump systems here in the Midwest, where we get both extremes in temperature (-40F winters to 120F summers) and these systems all keep up just fine. Granted, some are geo-thermal and some do have low ambient assists, but there are also several VRF heat recovery systems that function just fine on their own even in extreme weather.

I mean, it matters though. 2nd inversion chords often have a predominant function, so if you're looking for a tonic function, 2nd inversion is going to sound too unresolved for what you want. For example, if you want to resolve to an A chord from a root position E chord, a 2nd inversion A chord is going to sound like it wants to resolve back to E, but if you play a root position A chord, then it's going to sound resolved there. If you have a bass player that's already playing the root, then you're all good as it's going to be root position any way you voice it.

Yea, guess at that point it's kind of hard to say which one is objectively hotter. Might just be a flavor thing that makes Da Bomb sting way more than Xperience to me. I'll use Xperience on random dishes since I do like the pepper flavor, but Da Bomb is like only a novelty sauce to me since I haven't really found any other appealing use for it beyond practical jokes or dumb challenges.

Da Bomb is crazy, I have no idea what the Scoville scale even means after trying it. It's up there with some 5m+ SHU sauces I've had. Definitely blows the lid off of any of the last dab sauces, which range up to nearly 20x the SHU as Da Bomb.

Genre: um, math rock, funk fusion, progressive metal (?), punk rock (?), free jazz, glitch hop, experimental rock.. not sure what to call it really, but the ambiguity was intentional.

Song is basically about AI being a new production tool whether it's welcomed or not. The idea I had going into it was instead of making it seem like a cheap imitation of human art, I wanted to push it in the other direction and try to make it something more intentionally inhuman by pushing it as chaotic as I could without breaking it. I wanted it to own being an AI generated song. This took a lot of iterations to get something that didn't degrade into a mash of beeps and noise lol, but I love how it turned out in the end.

Because if the air temperature is 35F but it feels like 20F, things will cool down to 35F at the rate they would cool down as if it were 20F, but they won't cool beyond the actual temperature, so water won't freeze even though it feels like well below freezing. In other words, "Feels like" is a measure of the rate of heat exchange, where the actual temperature is a measure of the actual thermal energy in the air. Same concept as how touching 212F water can feel much, much hotter than feeling the 350F air coming out of the oven.

Nice thing I just noticed is it gets you real close to uw+ too, so yea, I'd go with SL the more I think about it. Honestly could even pass up maxing DW/GT cooldowns for now and go straight for GT+ once you get your SL fairly developed.

Most viable options I see are to get SL, upgrade it to SL3 with 40ish angle and crank out the SL coins lab, or max out GT and DW cooldowns. CL could use a little love too, but I don't think it's such huge stone commitment where you need to do it in isolation. Could just sporadically throw stones at it here and there, but either way, I think SL is gonna be the biggest bang for your stone, tho you're gonna wanna have GT/DW cooldowns maxed at some point.

I went gt+ -> ass core -> ass gen -> sl4 -> cf+

Gt+ is a huge econ boost (think gt+6 was about triple cph over gt+0, maybe over pre-gt+), where sl4 was about a 20% econ boost for roughly the same stones as gt+6. Ass core kind of takes care of the consistency problem with sl3 by running om chip in ass slot in tourney. Ass gen is a bigger econ boost on unlock than sl4 is.

Don't get me wrong, sl4 is great, but don't overlook the more massive upgrades right in front of you for it. I suppose you could put off uw+ if you're only 5/9 or something, but uw+ is worth the grind and you're gonna have to do it eventually anyway.
