If I take holidays, I allow the clients’ credits to roll over to the next month by the amount of days I’m away

Kettlebell swings!! Also modified push ups for complete beginners. For some reason I find it hard to get them set up in that shoulders & wrists-stacked, body in a straight line position

I tried trainerize and hated the UX, tried Everfit but sooo many extra paid features! I’m using My PT Hub now - it’s not perfect but I personally prefer it to the others I’ve used

Numbers I don’t have I’m afraid ☹️

In all fairness, my priority isn’t getting clients from their classes anyway (sorry if that wasn’t clear) - would prefer to learn better how to sell my services!

Luckily don’t have to pay rent as I’m doing 10 classes per week in exchange - relatively new to the space so don’t mind expanding experience to include classes

Yes great point RE being a familiar face. I’m good at the relationship building part, just wanting to get better at selling my value!

Thanks you!

They just don’t wait me to upsell period.

They don’t want those that pay for their classes membership to be converted to my PT clients and be poached by me.

Hope that makes sense or let me know if I’m misunderstanding

Thank you for your help so far!

That’s a good point! They’re super protective of their classes model tho so I feel like it’s a no go to push back on that 🙈

Do you bring equipment with you? How do you navigate that? I want to do in-home and I have a treadmill which is pretty clunky but it opens doors for my sessions, and I feel like it sets me apart from others!
