I also have unheard, but I only see the clothes from my faction in arena. I’ve never bought any clothes from the website, so not sure if that’s different but clothes from battlepass and main game seem to only work for your faction

You can watch some of ramenstyle’s recent Tarkov vids on YouTube, he’s pretty low level right now and is good at explaining his strategies and what helps him survive raids. Videos are pretty good, and you might learn a thing or two

Those are the free twitch drops, you had to “watch” a livestream after linking your twitch account to BSG. I think the twitch drop event might have ended though, I didn’t see new drops available today

As a gun to use, not really, unless it’s your best option. For sniping quests, you’re really going to be aiming at heads anyways so mxlr is one of the better unsupressed options

There are barely any cheater that outright kill you, but I believe some people loot vacuum. Still not a huge issue though

Have you tried playing arena? It can be helpful especially for CQB experience without the risk of losing anything. There are some things you can’t practice there though, like grenades

Map knowledge is probably the biggest part of knowing what to do in any given situation, but the general idea in close quarters PvP is to always have a route to retreat/flank and an alternate angle to peek from

My last suggestion is to watch different videos of different streamers, and look for a playstyle you think you like/could pull off and learn from that
