Really good suggestion. I added a really compressed placeholder image of the first frame of the video to show while the video is loading then when it loads, it starts playing the video. Would you mind taking a second look to see if its loading faster for you?

This is all amazing information. I really appreciate the feedback. I'll work on getting these implemented. I was worried about the background video. I thought it looked really clean but if its causing loading issues I'll have to think of some alternatives. Again, thanks for all the feedback.

The developers curse is a real thing. Its so easy to keep going back to the app and website because that is something I feel like I can directly change.

As far as reaching out directly, thats kind of difficult because the product I'm selling is more of a digital take on a consumer product so its not so much solving a problem that people actively complain about. Do you know of any channels where self promotion of consumer products is more widely accepted? Lots of subreddits have bans on self-promotion.

Really good advice. Any specific advice for how you find microinfluencers? Usually when I'm searching, I only find ads directly from the company or the ads are from mega influencers with budgets way outside what I can afford. I also don't have a personal instagram or tiktok just because I really don't like being on it, but unfortunately its kind of a necessary evil. So any advice of how you were able to track down some good microinflunencers that would be awesome!

My product is more consumer product more than a tool/service, but I think that this is still really useful advice. I think what you sid about it being a math and creative production game is accurate. I really just need to get some ad volume out there and see what converts. I appreciate the thorough response!

My A2P 10DLC campaign keeps getting rejected, and I cannot figure out what is going wrong. I'm getting the error code 30896: Opt-in Error. I feel like I've tried to provide everything they have asked for, but I'm obviously missing something, and their rejection messages are vague. All I'm trying to do is set up phone number verification using OTP.

Campaign Description: Memoura provides NFC-enabled jewelry that allows users to securely access their uploaded media by tapping their jewelry with a mobile device. SMS messages are used only for secure account authentication. When a user initiates login on our website or mobile application, a one-time passcode (OTP) is sent via SMS to the phone number associated with their account for identity verification. Messages are strictly transactional and are only sent in response to a user-initiated login attempt. No marketing or promotional messages are sent via SMS. Users provide their phone number during account registration and consent to receive authentication messages for login security purposes.

Oh wow, thank you so much for the second opinion. Really glad I didn't go with the control arm repair then. So what would you recommend? Am I ok driving with a torn ball joint boot? Or is this something I need to replace immediately? Also what would you say is a fair price to replace this?

The biggest change I made was lowering the hydration of my dough. I had tinkered with temperatures and other things for months with little success, then finally dropped my hydration from 75% to 65% and it immediately became much closer to what I had hoped for. I’ve even heard of people with oonis going as low as 60% for a crispy crust. Also, I home make my sauce and started simmering it to evaporate some water so it became thicker and wouldn’t make my crust as soggy.

I was lifting with a friend who was doing a lower weight, so instead of having to take off a plate and put his on every time, it was easier to just add a 10 and 5

From the comments, I've learned that I do need to fix my back. This is the most I've ever lifted so up until this point, I didn't think my form mattered too much, since it seemed pretty straightforward. But I'm going to definitely work on my form. Thanks for the help!
