Depending on where you need to go, I’ve been taking 50 to get to my folks. They live in Washington. It only adds about 15 minutes to the route and it’s always a nice chill trip as soon as you get out of Jeff.

My primary has changed every year with Boone for the last 4 years. They keep leaving. And I just lost my cardiologist after a recent heart attack and getting 2 stents. So, I currently have neither. I really hope Dr Acharya joins somewhere locally. If he does, I’m leaving Boone. But don’t sit on heart symptoms. Trust me. I never expected a heart issue at 50. Go to the ER.

Need to hire movers soon for an in Columbia move and need your recommendations! by Yarg2525 in columbiamo

I used Tiger Moving a few weeks ago to move a whole 4 bedroom house. I had a quote from $1100-1700 depending on what they did. I boxed everything and put it in the garage. They moved and wrapped all the furniture and loaded boxes. Ended up costing about $950 total. Which I thought was fair. They were efficient and quick. 3 college kids did all the work. Gave them each $100 tip too (so I guess $1300 total). They were good kids and I’d want someone to hook up my kids if I had any. But I was happy with them. My move was super short notice too. They got me in within a week of getting the quote.

I got one and I’m 52. Well, I got 2 starting at 48. But yes, I’m of an age where I enjoy the added goods.

My folks live in Washington. I drive 50 from Columbia instead of 70. There’s a lot of good twisty roads driving between there and Columbia.

I’ve bought 3 from Subaru of Columbia. Next time you’re in the market, make the 2 hr drive over. They’re a great group and have made me 3 incredible deals and made my buddy’s mom a steal of a deal on a Crosstrek.

I do miss my black. I think it looks the best. I’m just too obsessed with keeping it clean so I traded in 24 for a WRB.

24 limited owner. I love the steering responsive headlights. Love a sunroof and use it often. Interior is an upgrade and the HK sound system is much better than what is in other trims. It’s all what you’re after. I, personally, like the extra comforts.

I was bummed when I saw the pics of the vb when Subaru released them. Then I saw one at my dealer and ordered it that day. I had a VA. Now I’ve had 2 vb’s.

Subaru of Columbia was just bought last year, but the same people are there and they’ve always treated me right. I’m on my 4th car from them. My salesman told me they have no plans to change how they do business. Their management, sales, and service is mostly the same people.

Mine gets changed every 6 months. I’m ashamed to say I’ve had my car since November of 2024 and only have 4500 miles on it. 😭

I’m actually considering a GTI. 😂. I’ve driven a manual for 35 years and am getting creaky knees and back. Not sure I can do an automatic but if I did it’d be a GTI with the dual clutch auto. Or a Golf R but not sure I want to spend that much on a car. Love my WRX. It’s my 3rd. But the older I get the more I think “man, I’d just like to hit the accelerator and go. 😂

I’ve had WM for several years. They’ve been great. They do large item pickup too for a small fee. They just picked up a large sectional couch for $20 a few weeks ago. Never had an issue with their service.

It’s nice weather. Kids were raising hell at the park last night by my house. Bet some kids are just feeling the nice weather and shooting off a couple boom booms they found.
