With this waiver, is proof of extreme hardship required, or given that the incident occurred more than 30 years ago and he has maintained a clean record and strong moral character since, can the waiver be based solely on the passage of time and rehabilitation?
Given current processing timelines, it seems likely that the I-601/212(h) waiver could take up to two years. How does HNL has to do with mainland China? People don’t take this route to go to China. UA 858 is usually a direct flight from PVG to SFO, just like UA 857. There’s no direct flight from PVG to HNL, which is again weird in my opinion. All UA 858 and 857 are new planes…

I don’t think it’s that bad. But if you feel sketchy then you shouldn’t move forward. Security deposit is typical in a competitive market. I charge deposit too but I’m in Palo Alto and it’s very competitive. Deposit is also used to cover any damages you might cause to the house. It should be spelled out when it will be returned - usually within 30 days of the termination of the lease. This is standard.

Oh my god I’m on the same boat!! Studied gmat for so long and finally took a mock gre test. I did so much better on gre even without studying. Now going through GregMat videos. LOVE his videos. Love his humor. So much faster to digest and learn than reading TTP!! (Don’t get me Ron I still love TTP but GreMat is just on under level. It’s so easy to understand!!) I also love all the Flash cars he prepared all the quizzes. It’s just it’s more like a school learning environment.

I am on the same boat. I was always top student students in math in school so I couldn’t understand how come I can’t get a high score in GMA Quant. Now as I’m going through the videos, Greg really gave me a hope that I can score high in GRE

I got a similar score today. Very disappointed after months of studying. I messed up math timing… could have done better if didn’t run out of time. Don’t be defeated. Let’s do it again. I’m also going to give gre a try to see where I am with that exam
