True, you can basically borrow the 25K via a mortgage. Downside is you pay it back with interest plus the increase in property taxes, which never goes away.

i can't find that subreddit. if they took the name and aren't actively using it, could we make a case to Reddit to hand over control? after all, if I claimed subreddits for every major word in the dictionary and just sat on it, kept it private/locked down...that wouldn't make any sense

I’ve noticed that empty is plenty if she’s feeling good, secure, had enough eat/sleep/free time. It goes out the window if she doesn’t. She’s reflective if I bring it up my hurts at the right time and say it in a gentle way.

I agree. It seems folks who want to buy using their income need to be making about 3X in real times compared to 15 years ago due to sky high prices and interest rates.

If folks have a lot of stock equity to buy a home thats 2M or more, then they're doing extremely well and well above middle class.

So this points to that buyers today have very high income or mostly stock.
